ONLINE RETURN POLICY

All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Original priced items ordered on MichaelKJewelers.com must be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition unworn and with tags attached to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.

All special orders (including sized rings) and personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@michaelkjewelers.com. All shipping costs are at the customers' discretion. Please enclose an original copy of your receipt stating the reason for your return.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges. All returns must have tracking information and need to be properly insured through the courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) as Michaelkjewelers.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item is returned within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Any item without its tags will not be eligible for a refund.

If your piece(s) does not fit, please do not wear them and contact us immediately. We cannot refund or replace lost merchandise.
